I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. They did not listen to what I asked them to do. My hair was very long because I had been growing it out for years. I asked them to merely trim it 2 inches because I did not want them to ruin what took me so long to do. Unfortunately for myself, the stylist felt the need to take off more than 6 inches, which undid almost all the growing my hair had done. I was extremely upset because I specifically told the stylist not to take off a lot of hair and she just wrote off what I had told her. After this experience I will never go back. I have also heard from many other people how the stylist did not do what they asked them too, and it ended up ruining their hair. Considering how much money you pay to them, you would think that they would take more consideration into what you're telling them you want. If you value your hair, I would not advise anyone to go to this particular salon. Navii is a good salon that I would highly recommend.

Too pricey for service. Why should I pay over $100.00 for a poor cut and style? Loud, a rude manager, and what's with all the music! How relaxing is that?

big prices and big attitude

I felt ill at ease in the salon because of the attitude of the staff- very snotty. I had to wait for my cut and then felt like I was rushed. The consultation was brief and not followed. Go somewhere else!

Expensive but nice treat

Here's a place you would need to empty the bank or starve for a week to pay for what you get done, but in the end it's all worth it and a nice treat for oneself. The services are very pricey the quality of service is beyond excellent though. I love the manicures/pedicures there, they are so relaxing and it's nice to feel pampered once and a while. So I can go without some stuff for a while for a relaxing hour or two one day at Vanis. :)
